Cajun installed over 350 drill shaft foundations to support elevated platforms for a new substation. The foundations were located on two lime stabilized pads separated by a 10’ elevated island. Cajun was also contracted to drill 436 drill shaft supports for a new fence surrounding the perimeter of the jobsite. The new fence is rated to sustain 150 MPH winds due to the jobsite being so close to the Gulf of Mexico.
