W-2 Tax Form Information

2024 W2 Tax forms have been issued. If you elected to receive your W2 form electronically, you should have received an email with the website and log in information to obtain your W2.

If you opted out of electronic delivery, your W2 form was mailed to the address we had on file.

If you did not receive your 2024 W2 form, please use the “Request for Duplicate W-2 form” link below.

If you want to change your election from paper to electronic delivery for your 2025 W-2 form, please complete the “Consent for Electronic Delivery of W2 form” link below.

If you need to change your email address or mailing address, please use the link below.

Please do not call Payroll to send a copy of your last check stub, or to send the duplicate W-2 form. The duplicate copy can only be done if submitted from Cajun’s website.
