Performed early works civil construction services for the Diamond Green Diesel 3 project in Port Arthur, Texas, supporting major facility expansion efforts within the ISBL area. Scope included site preparation, infrastructure support, and coordination with Burns & McDonnell to facilitate upcoming construction activities. Work was executed under a time-and-materials contract to support schedule-driven project demands.
