The scope of work for this project involves the fabrication of pipe spools, erection of structural steel, setting of equipment, and installation of piping for the expansion of an existing VCM unit. Cajun was the general contractor, overseeing all aspects, including scaffolding, painting, insulation, heavy lifting, and millwright services. This project included building the new oxychlorination unit and extends to the interconnecting piping necessary to integrate it with the existing plant operations, ensuring an efficient expansion and enhancement of production capabilities.
