KPE PRAXAIR J-1716 OFF Module Pipe Fabrication
Cajun Industries’ Pipe Fabrication Facility was contracted by KP Engineering to provide fabricated pipe spools for Praxair’s J-1716 project. Cajun Pipe Fabrication provided detailing, material procurement, fabrication, N.D.T., coatings, and logistics over a 9-month duration.
Work Performed
• Fabrication of 1,608 spools
totaling 17,070 LF of pipe
• 6,800 fittings and 360 supports
attached to fabricated spools
• Completed 9,268 welds
• Post weld heat treated
220 spools
• Performed 462 x-rays & 894
penetrant test
• Stored completed project on
trailers for delivery for 4 months
per client’s request
• Delivered 42 loads of completed
spools to site
