Cajun Industries was awarded the Civil, Structural Steel, and Mechanical GC Contract by Formosa Plastics to complete the new PVC Expansion Unit and Material Loading facilities located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The scope of work included civil foundations/drainage, heavy structural steel and pipe fabrication, hauling and setting of major equipment, rotating millwrights, structural steel, and process piping. Cajun completed the project with a high standard of quality using our piping test package system to ensure a seamless startup of the PVC Unit. All soft craft and scaffolding were performed by Cajun’s Subcontractors.
