Cajun Industries was contracted to construct a new 4-story process testing facility within an existing plant, including process, and utility feeds from adjacent units. The project included a new centralized unit pipe rack with an associated pipe rack spur that extends from the central rack to connect the TP’s and OSBL equipment/ buildings to the new process building. OSBL included an analyzer building, RIE/MCC building, a horizontal CO2 Vessel supported at grade, a D.I. water tank supported at grade, multiple smaller equipment and skids supported at grade. A new control room for this unit was established by remodeling the lab area of an existing control room building adjacent to the new facility.
