Cajun may take reasonable steps to authenticate your identity before completing your request. Cajun will not require you to create a new account solely to exercise your privacy rights.
We generally respond to verified requests within forty-five (45) calendar days. When reasonably necessary, we may extend the response period once by an additional forty-five (45) calendar days and will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
We retain information submitted through this form only for as long as reasonably necessary to process and document the request, comply with applicable legal obligations, and resolve disputes or enforce our rights.
