Cajun participates in the National Craft Assessment and Certification Program (NCACP), a nationally recognized system that evaluates the knowledge and skills of experienced craft professionals. These assessments not only help employees understand where they excel and where they can continue growing—they also help contractors and owners ensure the highest levels of quality, safety, and productivity on every project.

All credentials are recorded in the NCCER National Registry, giving employees portable proof of their skill level and commitment to continuous improvement. Assessments are based on NCCER curriculum and are available to journey-level craft professionals. The written assessment evaluates craft knowledge and, when needed, provides a targeted training prescription for improvement.

Cajun partners with Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and is a National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) accredited provider.
